About Me

You’re stronger together than you are alone.

Early in my career I watched Realtors & Loan Officers for the most part operating on their own. Everyone saw each other as competition and each Realtor strived to differentiate themselves from everyone else, which I understand. Even though you can find some team concepts within a specific Real Estate office, for the most part you’re on your own.

As a football coach I understood and valued the “team concept” of working together and strength through numbers. I recognized that what has always worked in football can work in our industry if leveraged correctly.

In football, “the huddle” is a place where a team comes together, regroups, strategizes and then executes. I wanted to bring that concept to the Real Estate industry. So in 2023, I created the “Power Huddle” where Real Estate agents come together to get the information, motivation, support and advantage over those operating on their own, to execute and grab market share.

This Power Huddle will give you that team atmosphere, information about both mortgage and real estate to be equipped and empowered to execute a plan and increase your business through the power of “The Huddle”.
